GoldenAxe Beast Rider was developed with an in-house engine develeoped by Sega Studios. I was a world architect, responsible for terrain heightmap generation, terrain texturing, and all asset layout for each of the four levels I worked on. In addition I created several models and terrain textures. I was also responsible for managing assets, optimizing levels for performance, some level lighting, and working with the concept artist to create interesting and varied environments.
